If you have those, and don't have any other turn metre reduction champions, then Soulbond could certainly help. Shields, remove debuffs, high Resist, HP destruction etc. You still need to bring the other mechanics that help you beat this fight, e.g.
Soulbond Bowyer is good for Scarab solely because of her attack that drops turn metre. And after that, you still need a team capable of killing the boss. You need to build a team around her to take advantage of this, and you need to tweak the speeds to get the sequence right. The idea is to build a team that uses a freeze debuff and to let that clone put freeze on your team - this will trigger Dark Elhain's passive, giving her a free attack to hopefully nuke the clone team.
